Dalcom, LLC was founded in 1997 by Tony Steelman to provide high-quality engineering services to the energy industry. Headquartered in Galena, MD, Dalcom has expanded from its commercial origins to become a HUBZone-certified small business servicing the Department of Defense and other government agencies.
Our company’s core capabilities are centered on Software Engineering, Test & Evaluation, and Research & Development. Our teams provide modeling and simulation, data analysis, and systems integration in support of programs that advance survivability, lethality, and vulnerability methodologies, as well as mission readiness and modernization objectives.
We support classified and sensitive technical environments environments, bringing the expertise and discretion required for complex defense research and engineering initiatives.
Dalcom is proud to have provided support to organizations such as the U.S. Army’s Transformation Decision Analysis Center (TDAC), DEVCOM Analysis Center (DAC), Army Research Laboratory (ARL), and Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), providing the technical superiority and reliability our government partners depend on.
